Importing anything directly from China gonna be a problem at the moment.....

Currently, "it's unclear if the North American version will be produced here or imported from Asia." Two US Buicks are from South Korea, one from China, one made in the US, so who knows, Kabloona?

If imported, iI won't qualify for zero-emissions tax credits of up to $7500 under the Inflation Reduction Act, making the car more expensive than the Lyriq. That would seem a good enough reason not to import. Maybe it would be built alongside the Equinox EV?
