$43885 is the MSRP of the one that I just bought. I'm OTD for $28500 plus they threw in a GM Powerup 2 wall charger. (I think GM gave a bunch of these to dealers to sweeten deals if needed, and/or to go with a batch of cars that were ordered with them. It wasn't hard to get that tossed into the deal, a good deal, but I doubt they cost the dealer much.)

You are right, battery tech will continue to improve, and it is looking like a swing back to the left might well happen sooner rather than later. And they would likely bring us back to the world of incentives. Until then, happy driving!

Nice job! Picked one of these up for $29k OTD 2 months ago, without the mud flaps or wall charger. Tax credit, $4k dealer discount, $3k financing incentive (paid off before the first bill), $1250 Costco, $1250 conquest, $500 educator... $17500 under MSRP. Or you can skip the $3k and finance for 0 APR 60 months if that's more up your alley! Didn't think it'd get much better than that, and I wasn't willing to risk missing my chance if the inventory got bought up. No regrets, and i've been very pleased with it so far after 3k miles.
