A couple times this Error 302 would pop up when I needed to find a nearby charging station ising the on board charging app. Each time I had to contact Onstar to fix the isdue because I had forgotten how to myself, so here are the steps if you get that error.
1. Open settings on the infotaiment screen.
2. Click on Profiles and accounts
3. Find your Vehicle profile and delete it.
4. Click on add profile
5 Enter your My Chevrolet Email and password.
