If it looks boxy in a cute way, people will buy. It's definitely not ugly like many Toyota styling cues (looking at you Prius Prime). No way this brick has good aero numbers, haha.

AWD seems to = range decrease. Anyway, for winter I have winter tires as a compromise.

My feeling is that Toyota simply rather invest in solid state where even a "traveling brick" (above) will have more range than what's currently available with lithium/cobalt batteries.

Honda has designed this really cool sports car, maybe a new Prelude that will use newer tech (non-GM this time) with batteries.

I rather have the "Prelude" and FJ Compact Cruiser over anything out there...but for now I'll be very happy with EV EQ.

Concept cars are always great car porn. "Will the production model look the same?"

Yes, solid state always seems to be right around the corner. Remember Dyson? The question will be price, reliability. I expect the early solid states will be exotic creatores with a price tag to match until mas manufacturing is ironed out.
