I find that the default Voice and Navigation volume too loud.

I'm aware you can change the volume as the voice / navigation is playing, and it lowers properly when I do that.

The problem is that this volume constantly defaults to the loud volume everytime I turn off/on the car.

I have tried setting the guidance audio, but it just resets after turning the car on/off.

I tried setting the "Maximum Volume at Startup" in Settings>Sounds, but this does not apply to Voice or Navigation.

I've also tried the hidden "Sound settings" menu and it doesn't save either.

Does anyone know of a method to keep the volume settings saved? This has been a huge pet peeve of mine with this car.

Hi @pingu welcome to the forum. Congrats on your EqEV. I too have encountered this issue in the past month or so. Noticed it after a google maps update. It does save before but now it doesn't. Plan to send feedback to google, only If I could recall how to

Setting > Google > Send feedback to Google

Feedback done last night. Hoping they have a fix.
