Thanks for updating your Account Settings Signature and Vehicle Details with your Equinox EV information!

• Each sub-forum here has one or more "stickies", threads that will always display at the top of the list of posts in that forum. These would be good for review as they usually deal with common questions, concerns, issues.
• GM also has training videos on YouTube for the Equinox EV, great for a quick overview.
• I also recommend downloading the complete Owner's manual from the Chevy website as it has answers for many of the "what is it? where is it, how do I" questions people have.

 

Waited too long onstar replied error codes are not saved. Car still at dealer. they haven't looked at it yet. Looked at my chevy app last night and car back at 0%. This morning got alert from onstar stating 12v battery failure do not attempt to charge. hopefully dealer looks at it soon and will provide updates.

Trying to get those to share. Had car towed to dealer. Recently checked my vehicle status on my chevy app and it shows no vehicle health issues. But dealer hasn't looked at it yet. Battery went from 0% now shows 76% IDK but will update post when i get answers Thanks
