To be able to receive your EV charge notifications in your mobile device, please make sure to do the following:
Starting January 14, 2025, charging notifications for your EQUINOX EV will be sent directly to your myChevrolet mobile app. Download or update the app and review your notification settings for vehicle charging status.
To be able to receive your EV charge notifications in your mobile device, please make sure to do the following:
- Verify that Notifications are On for myChevrolet in the notification settings of your mobile device
- Review your EV charge notifications settings in your myChevrolet app, and adjust them as needed (go to the Charge Management page>Settings>Notifications)
Please note that the process may take up to 3 days to complete, therefore your EV charge notifications might not be available for that period. Note, also that after January 14, 2025, you will no longer receive EV charge notifications by text messages or email
