Nothing changed, just to make others aware. Maybe this will fix the problem some are having not getting charge complete notifications although I'd rather get a text than have to use the poorly coded app.

 

What's the significance? Has something changed for you, seqwevm_5446? Or are you just posting, "hey, got an email from Chevy" to make others aware?

Do charging notifications work for others here? Mine stopped after just a few weeks (they still work on my old Bolt). I raised the issue with OnStar multiple times but I think they somehow thought they accomplished their mission when they fixed the monthly status email.

 

I still receive mine via email from

This is configured in the app. I can set up to be notified by email, text, or both. I have only selected email. Latest recieved at 11:37pm yesterday when my charge completed.

 

Mine worked for quite a while and then stopped working. Oddly enough it started working again yesterday, both text and email, even though it was supposed to quit doing that yesterday.

 

The special OnStar "no star" service?

 

I just got my first charging notification in months (via the app). Either someone read my post and did some serious soul searching/bug fixing or this recent change fixed the issue. I'm guessing it's the latter.

 

Got a charge complete notification from the app today as well.

 

Same for me. I hadn't even realized that I had notifications turned on for charge complete, as I'd never received a notification before.
