There is a new TSB out 24-NA-143 that requires Dealerships to do the above 24-NA-113 whenever an Ultium Vehicle is in for service and before vehicle is delivered to a customer as part of PDI (one time). This replaced an earlier PIT 6065 process that required Dealerships to update all modules of Ultium vehicle while in for service.

The Equinox EV is not listed.

UPDATE: the November version of this TSB includes ALL Ultium vehicles including Equinox EV. this is also true for the Aug 25, 2025 version of this TSB.

If requesting this service by your dealer be aware the update can take 4-6 hours. So schedule it with your dealer, be prepared to wait or leave the car the day for service.

Note that you can request this update regardless of whether your car is having issues (some dealers will try to say no unless you have a car problem). See this updated area of the August version below:

Using my VIN with the Chevy website I get:

"Currently, there are no recalls or programs associated with your vehicle."

So either this does not apply, it was done at the factory or?

I asked my dealer to do this TSB, they cam back with it printed out and showed me the Equinox EV is not on the list, so no update. He did say that perhaps the Equinox EV will be included in a future update, but as of now it does not qualify.

Just an update, as of yesterday (September 18, 2024) TSB 24-NA-113 still does NOT include the equinox on the list.
