Rear drive, 2023 Lyriq EV.

He seems very taken aback at the $60K price given the higher price tag feel the car has. Compares is very favorably to cars from Audi, VW, Tesla, Ford that are much more expensive.

I agree with the driver's observation that not all EV's need to be a rocket ship. At some point, fast is fast enough. Very few people are trained and experienced driving a dragster. Too much power can actually be a safety issue. It seems the Lyric has plenty of speed with a 0-60 in the 5 Second range.

When I test-drove the VW ID.4 it was no rocketship either. The EQ will probably feel the same way.
